There is one main entrance to the complex via car. Please select the Este button to speak to the guard to let you in.

There are two buildings, first one is Oeste, the second one is our building, Este. The guard at the entrance will take your information/name and let you in.

Early Check-in

Early check in is not possible to ensure the apartment is clean. We can hold bags in the apartment after 12:00pm until check in while the apartment is being cleaned. You are welcome to wait in the lobby (open 24/7) or walk around the neighborhood but for your safety you cannot wait inside the apartment while is cleaned. Always contact us to update you.

Late Check-in

No problem! Guard is available 24/7 and can let you in at any time of your arrival. Apartment is keyless entry.
