The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you need. There is a mixer, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee maker. All manuals are available in the kitchen bottom drawer against the wall to the hallway.  

Thermostat has standard settings once turned on: 72ºF during the day 68ºF during the night. It is located in the hallway towards the bedrooms to the left.  

You are allowed to use the washer and dryer but no laundry soap is provided. Please do not put clothes with sand on them as it will damage the mechanism. Always empty the lint tray in the dryer after every use. 

The dryer is a condensation system, water hose is connected directly to the drainage. If the dryer stops heating it may be that the hose was disconnected and the water tank is full, please empty it. This is located on top front left of the dryer. 

Do not close the laundry doors while doing laundry or there will be condensation in the floor,

There is also a laundromat in the lobby area, you need coins to use them.

There is one TV in the living room only. There is functionality for Netflix, Amazon or Hulu. You may connect to your personal account. 

The garbage room is on the same floor as the apartment. Continue through the hall after the elevators, the door is to the right with "TRASH" sign.  

We provide one towel for each guest. Make sure the reservations are correctly made with the number of people coming, exceptions are made for long stay.

Toys and beach gear is located in the balcony. Please wash all the sand on the showers next to the pool before entering the apartment.   

There is one pack and play portable crib in the first room closet to use if travelling with a baby.

There is a booster seat and stroller for your convenience.
