PARKING
You have 1 parking spot included in your rent located in the basement garage of the building. Parking #166. The parking is directly in front of the elevators exit, two rows forward. You need the beeper for entering the garage and electronic key to enter the elevator area. On street parking is free but may prove difficult. There is also a parking lot behind the Walgreens near the fire station (see picture). Street access is across the main entrance of Marbella del Caribe. Flat Fee is around $5.00 per entry/day.
POOL
Pool is open everyday from 6:00am - 10:00pm. Please follow pool rules posted there. Use the electronic key to access.
There are lounge chairs available for tenants.
Bathrooms in the pool area have passcodes. Women 1383, Men 3706.
Please dry yourself before entering the lobby and cover up.
BEACH
Direct access to the beach is between the two building towers. Use electronic key to enter and exit.
There are umbrella and lounge chairs available for rent in front of the building. It is a daily flat fee from 9:00 to 5:00pm, cash only. There are some foldable chairs, cooler and beach essentials in the apartment to use. Please always make sure to rinse sand out on everything in the communal shower in front of the pool before returning to the apartment. If this is not done be aware of extra cleaning fee will be charged later.
